Shipping policy

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $120 across Australia. For all other orders, a flat rate of $15 applies. Shipping is available within Australia only.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Delivery times:

Standard shipping: 3–10 business days for metro areas, up to 21 business days for regional areas.

If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together where possible. Large orders or multiple cartons may be split into separate parcels, and we will notify you by email if this occurs.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the courier. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@mygrapes.com.au within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly. We may request photos of the damage for verification purposes.
