We offer two main ranges:
• Flavoured Sparkling Grape Juices (0% ABV) – Passionfruit, Gardenia, and Coffee
• Low-Alcohol Craft Dry Wines (6% ABV)

2. Are all packs available in 3, 6, or 12 bottles?

Most MyGrapes beverages are available in single, 3-, or 6-bottle packs.


Note: The 330 ml low-alcohol Craft Dry Wine is only available in 6- or 12-bottle packs.

3. What is a Flavour Pack?

A Flavour Pack is a curated 3-bottle set designed to let you try all available flavours — perfect for tasting or gifting.

4. Are MyGrapes beverages alcoholic?

Sparkling grape juices: 0% ABV

Low-alcohol wines: 6% ABV

5. Are your beverages suitable during pregnancy?

Non-alcoholic options are generally safe.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming any low-alcohol products.

6. How should I store my bottles?

Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

7. How do I place an order?

Select your preferred pack (single, 3-, 6-, or 12-bottle), add to cart, and follow checkout steps.

Subscribers will have their automatic discounts applied at checkout.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

Other payment options may appear at checkout depending on your location.

9. Can I use discounts or promo codes?

  • For orders below $120, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies across Australia.

Sign up on our website — you’ll receive $10 off your first order over $60 using your exclusive welcome discount code.

Choose your pack and delivery frequency — every 2, 4, or 8 weeks.Subscriptions are optional; members can also purchase a single order without subscribing.You can pause or cancel anytime with no fees.

10. Can I combine subscription discounts with other promotions?

1. How can I change or cancel an order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, unopened products can be returned for a refund — return shipping costs apply.

2. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
