If your order has not yet been picked up by our courier, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mygrapes.com.au.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not meet specifications, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. MyGrapes will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Only unopened products in resalable condition are eligible. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds or credits will be provided in the same form as the original payment. Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns due to change of mind. To initiate a return, please email hello@mygrapes.com.au with your order number and the products you wish to return.
