We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $120 across Australia. For all other orders, a flat rate of $15 applies. Shipping is available within Australia only.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Delivery times:

Standard shipping: 3–10 business days for metro areas, up to 21 business days for regional areas.
Return & Refund

If your order has not yet been picked up by our courier, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mygrapes.com.au.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not meet specifications, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. MyGrapes will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Only unopened products in resalable condition are eligible. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds or credits will be provided in the same form as the original payment. Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns due to change of mind.     My Grapes Craft Dry

    I've for the first time tasted one of the most premium dry wines in a bottle that feels great. The fun fact of the wine was its not only the perfect taste but also a good feel outdoors in my Tikki bar and when out with family and friends on a BBQ. It also kept me in control of my number of drinks with just a bit below the normal standards which gives more peace of mind to be safe and to enjoy this refreshing beautiful bottle full of secrets to life fun and good times. A big cheers to the creators of the wine with dine coz in feeling fine 😄 strongly recommend all to give it a go pick up those cases before they run out mate🏃‍♂️
